As an engineer (M.Sc. Jesper has facilitated, played and followed the board game, Ensight Power Game, from its early development in DONG Energy as an internal strategic tool to the fine tuned version it is today. She has developed "train the trainer" solutions for the more advanced versions of the Ensight Power Game. She has a M.Sc. in environmental and natural resource economics, and teaches at DIS – Danish Institute for Study Abroad   Julia F. She teaches at Aalborg University with focus both on the technologies and the market integration.
